IBC Storage and dispensing systems

R.M.S design and manufacture a various range of IBC storage units, tippers, mixers and pumping equipment for industrial application.

Generally, the contents of an IBC can be costly and harmful substances. With between 25-50kg of the product being left in the container which can lead to significant emissions.

By using Automatic tilting equipment we are able to reduce the remaining product in the IBC to around 5KG. Helping to save cost and reduce emissions of the manufacturing process.

Our team is experienced in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics & hydraulics and we offer a same day/next day callout service where our skilled engineers can diagnose and rectify faulty equipment. Technical support can also be provided remotely by telephone or video call.

We can quickly source replacement parts, holding a close relationship with local suppliers to ensure downtime of your Equipment is kept to a minimum.

Precision Greasing Equipment

Jigs and fixtures
